Forced the install locations to be identical to the postgres
ones. Discovered that the copy_set for 7.3 is broken - not fixed yet.

Making slonik PG 7.3 compatible too. Untested, since now the
log trigger with using the type cache is the next stumbling block.
But we're getting there, some day.

All the backend extensions of Slony need to be installed
in the postgres libdir. Otherwise remote administration like
adding a database to a cluster would become a nightmare.

Usage of /bin/bash in ducttape commands wasn't that good of an
idea. Could have as well used Tcl from a portability point of view.

Added AC_PATH_PROG() and substitutions for bash to autoconf.
